Ingredients

  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 tbsp milk or cream (optional)
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • 1 tbsp butter or oil
  • 2 bread rolls, English muffins, or slices of preferred bread
  • Optional fillings: sliced cheese, avocado, spinach, ham, turkey, hot sauce, herbs, tomato, cooked bacon

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk or cream (if using), salt, and pepper until frothy.
  2. Heat butter or oil in a nonstick skillet over low to medium heat.
