English Muffin Salmon Sliders are mini sandwiches featuring tender baked salmon, toasted English muffins, and fresh toppings. Perfect for brunch, lunch, or a light dinner, they’re packed with flavor and easy to customize.

Ingredients

  • 1 fresh salmon fillet (about 8 oz, skinless)
  • 4 English muffins, split and toasted
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil or melted butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup lettuce or arugula
  • 1 tomato, sliced (or 1/2 cucumber, sliced)
  • Optional sauces: dill mayo, tartar sauce, herbed cream cheese, or aioli

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
  2. Place salmon on the baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with garlic powder, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
  3. Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork. Let cool slightly and cut into 4 slider-sized portions.
  4. Toast English muffins until golden and crisp.
  5. Spread your choice of sauce on the bottom half of each muffin. Add lettuce or arugula, a piece of salmon, and a slice of tomato or cucumber.
  6. Top with the other muffin half and serve immediately, or enjoy chilled.

Notes

  • Use smoked salmon for a quick, no-cook version.
  • For more flavor, try adding pickled onions or capers.
  • To make it dairy-free, choose non-dairy spreads and skip the cheese.
  • English muffins offer great texture, but slider buns also work well.
  • Prep salmon and sauces ahead of time, and assemble just before serving for best results.
