Ingredients

  • 2 ripe kiwis, peeled and diced
  • 12 ripe avocados, peeled, pitted, and diced
  • 1 cup cherry or grape tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 small red onion, thinly sliced (optional)
  • 1 tbsp fresh lime or lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare all produce: peel and dice the kiwis and avocados, halve the tomatoes, and thinly slice the red onion if using.
  2. In a large bowl, gently combine the kiwi, avocado, tomatoes, and onion.
