Ingredients

  • 2 ripe kiwis, peeled and chopped
  • 2 ripe avocados, diced
  • 1 cup cherry or grape tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 small red onion, finely sliced (optional)
  • 12 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh cilantro or basil, chopped (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the fruits and vegetables: peel and chop the kiwi, dice the avocado, halve the tomatoes, and slice the red onion if using.
  2. Place the kiwi, avocado, tomatoes, and onion in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and fresh lime juice.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Gently toss to combine, being careful not to mash the avocado.
