Easy Pepperoni Rolls are soft, cheesy, golden-baked rolls made with pizza dough, pepperoni, and mozzarella. They’re quick to prepare, kid-friendly, and perfect for snacks, parties, or easy meals.

Ingredients

  • 1 tube refrigerated pizza dough (or homemade pizza dough)
  • 3040 pepperoni slices
  • 12 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded or sliced
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
  • Pizza sauce or marinara, for dipping (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle on a lightly floured surface.
  3. Layer pepperoni slices evenly over the dough, then add mozzarella cheese.
  4. Roll the dough tightly from the long edge to form a log.
  5. Slice into 1–1.5 inch pieces.
  6. Place rolls on the baking sheet, spaced apart.
  7. Mix melted butter with garlic powder and Italian seasoning, then brush over the tops.
  8. Bake for 15–20 minutes until golden and cheese is melted.
  9. Top with Parmesan if desired and serve warm with pizza sauce.

Notes

  • Chill the rolled dough log for 10 minutes before slicing for cleaner cuts.
  • Add vegetables like peppers or onions for a supreme-style roll.
  • Crescent dough creates a softer, flakier roll.
  • Freeze baked rolls for quick snacks later.
