Easy Pepperoni Rolls are soft, golden rolls stuffed with melty cheese and zesty pepperoni—perfect for snacks, lunches, or casual dinners. Quick to make and endlessly customizable, they deliver pizza flavor in every bite.

Ingredients

  • 1 can refrigerated pizza dough or crescent roll dough
  • 2430 slices pepperoni
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil or melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
  • Pizza or marinara sauce, for dipping (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out the dough and cut into 8–12 rectangles or triangles, depending on the dough type.
  3. Add 2–3 slices of pepperoni and a sprinkle of mozzarella to each piece of dough.
  4. Roll up tightly and place seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Brush tops with olive oil or melted butter.
  6. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and Parmesan if using.
  7. Bake for 12–15 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Let cool slightly before serving. Serve warm with pizza or marinara sauce for dipping if desired.
