Easy Carrot Juice is a naturally sweet, vibrant drink made from fresh carrots. Packed with nutrients like beta-carotene and vitamin A, it’s quick to make with a juicer or blender and perfect for a healthy refreshment any time of day.

Ingredients

  • 45 fresh carrots, washed and peeled
  • 1/2 cup water (if using blender)
  • Optional: 1 apple, cored and chopped
  • Optional: 1/2 orange or lemon, peeled
  • Optional: 1 small piece of fresh ginger (about 1/2 inch)

Instructions

  1. Wash and peel the carrots, then chop into small pieces.
  2. If using a juicer: Feed carrots (and optional add-ins) through the juicer.
  3. If using a blender: Add carrots and water (plus any optional ingredients) to a blender and blend until smooth.
  4. Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve or cheesecloth to remove pulp, if desired.
  5. Stir the juice and adjust with extra water or a squeeze of lemon/orange to taste.
  6. Pour into glasses and serve chilled or over ice.

Notes

  • Use fresh, firm carrots for best flavor and juice yield.
  • Peeling is optional but can improve taste and texture.
