1 cup coconut water or almond milk
1/4 cup Greek yogurt or plant-based yogurt (optional)

1/2 cup ice cubes
1–2 tsp honey or agave syrup (optional, to taste)
Instructions

Add yogurt and lime juice if using.
Add ice cubes for extra thickness and chill.
Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
Taste and sweeten with honey or agave syrup if desired.
Pour into glasses and enjoy immediately.
Notes
Use less liquid to turn it into a smoothie bowl with toppings.
Add protein powder to make it more filling.
Add spinach for extra nutrients—the color will still shine through.
Substitute strawberries or papaya for pineapple/mango for variation.
Use plant-based yogurt and milk to make it vegan.
Add chia or flaxseeds for a boost of fiber and omega-3s.
