Crunchy Chicken Caesar Wraps combine all the classic Caesar salad flavors — tender chicken, crisp romaine, creamy dressing, and crunchy croutons — rolled into a soft tortilla for a quick, portable, and satisfying meal.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast (sliced or shredded)
  • 2 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1/4 cup Caesar dressing (store-bought or homemade)
  • 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese (shredded or grated)
  • 1/2 cup croutons (lightly crushed)
  • 2 large flour tortillas or wraps
  • 1 tbsp olive oil or butter (optional, for toasting)
  • Black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine romaine lettuce, chicken, Caesar dressing, and Parmesan cheese. Toss until evenly coated.
  2. Fold in the crushed croutons for added crunch.
  3. Place a tortilla on a flat surface and spoon the mixture into the center.
  4. Fold in the sides and roll up tightly from the bottom to form a wrap.
  5. Optional: Heat a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil or butter, and toast each wrap for 1–2 minutes per side until golden and slightly crisp.
  6. Slice in half and serve immediately, or wrap in foil for an on-the-go meal.
