Ingredients

  • 1.52 lbs beef stew meat or sirloin, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) mushroom soup or 1 cup beef gravy
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch (for thickening)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 12 oz egg noodles
  • 2 tbsp butter (for noodles)
  • Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  • Prepare the Beef – Season beef tips with salt and pepper.
  • Slow Cook – Add beef, onions, garlic, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, and mushroom soup (or beef gravy) to the crockpot. Stir to combine.
  • Cook – Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours, until beef is tender.
  • Thicken the Gravy – Mix cornstarch with 2 tbsp water to create a slurry. Stir it into the crockpot 30 minutes before serving.
  • Cook the Noodles – Boil egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and toss with butter.
  • Serve – Spoon beef and gravy over the noodles. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
