Crock Pot Steak Bites are tender, juicy, and packed with garlic butter flavor. This easy slow cooker recipe uses simple ingredients to create melt-in-your-mouth steak bites perfect for dinner, meal prep, or entertaining.

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs sirloin steak or stew meat, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cut steak into bite-sized cubes and season with salt, pepper, and onion powder.
  2. Optional: Sear steak in a hot skillet with a bit of oil for 1–2 minutes per side for extra flavor.
  3. Transfer the steak bites to the crock pot.
  4. In a saucepan or microwave-safe bowl, melt butter and stir in garlic, Worcestershire sauce, and beef broth.
  5. Pour the garlic butter mixture over the steak in the crock pot.
  6. Cover and cook on low for 6–7 hours or high for 3–4 hours until the steak is tender.
  7. Gently stir and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
