Ingredients

  • 4 cups whole milk
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk

  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a crock pot, combine milk, heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk, chocolate chips, cocoa powder, and vanilla extract.
  2. Stir well to mix all ingredients together.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 2 to 3 hours, stirring occasionally until the chocolate is fully melted and the mixture is smooth.
  4. Switch the crock pot to the warm setting to keep the hot chocolate ready to serve.
  5. Ladle into mugs and top with desired toppings.
