Crispy Ranch Chicken is a crunchy, flavorful dish featuring tender chicken breasts coated in ranch-seasoned breadcrumbs and baked or fried to golden perfection. It’s an easy and comforting meal that’s perfect for weeknights.

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix (or 3 tablespoons homemade)
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (regular or panko)
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
  • 2 eggs (beaten)
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Olive oil or cooking spray (for baking)
  • Optional: chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or grease lightly.
  2. In one bowl, mix flour with salt and pepper. In a second bowl, add beaten eggs. In a third bowl, combine breadcrumbs, ranch seasoning, and Parmesan.
  3. Pound chicken to even thickness. Dredge each piece in flour, then egg, then breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Place chicken on baking sheet and lightly spray tops with olive oil or cooking spray.
  5. Bake for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until chicken is golden and cooked through (165°F or 74°C internally).
  6. Optional: Broil for 2–3 minutes for extra crispiness.
  7. Garnish with parsley if desired and serve hot.
