Creamy peach sorbet is a refreshing, no-churn dessert made with ripe peaches, a touch of yogurt or coconut milk, and natural sweeteners. It’s a simple, summery treat with a smooth texture and vibrant flavor.

Ingredients

  1. 4 ripe peaches, peeled, sliced, and frozen
  2. 23 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional, to taste)
  3. 1 tbsp lemon juice
  4. 1/3 cup Greek yogurt or full-fat coconut milk
  5. 1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions

Peel and slice peaches, then freeze on a baking sheet for at least 4 hours or until solid.

  1. In a high-speed blender or food processor, combine frozen peaches, lemon juice, honey or maple syrup, yogurt (or coconut milk), and vanilla extract.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
  3. Taste and adjust sweetness or tartness as desired.
  4. Serve immediately for a soft-serve texture or transfer to a container and freeze for 2–3 hours for a firmer scoopable sorbet.

Notes

  • To make peeling peaches easier, blanch them in boiling water for 30 seconds, then transfer to an ice bath and peel.
  • For added texture, stir in diced peaches or swirl in fruit puree before freezing.
  • Let frozen sorbet sit at room temperature for a few minutes before scooping for best texture.
