Ingredients

  • 2 fresh jalapeños, seeded
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Roughly chop seeded jalapeños and place in a blender or food processor.
  2. Add cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, lime juice, garlic, and cilantro.
  3. Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down sides as needed.
  4. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  5. With blender running, drizzle in olive oil to create a silky texture.
  6. Taste and adjust seasoning or lime juice if needed.
  7. Transfer to a bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
