1 cup mayonnaise or plain Greek yogurt
2 cloves garlic, minced or grated
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 to 2 tablespoons milk or water (as needed)
Instructions
