Ingredients

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 tablespoon olive oil

3 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped (packed in oil, drained)

1 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup chicken broth

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper, to taste

Fresh basil or parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the Chicken: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
