Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or chopped
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream or Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 cup celery, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons red onion or green onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley or dill (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream (or Greek yogurt), Dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Stir until well blended.
  2. Add chopped or shredded chicken, celery, and onion to the bowl.
  3. Mix thoroughly until everything is well coated in the dressing.
  4. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
