Easy, no-bake coconut balls made with shredded coconut and sweetened condensed milk. Soft, chewy, and naturally sweet, they’re perfect for snacks, desserts, or holiday treats.

Ingredients

  1. 2 1/2 cups shredded coconut (unsweetened or sweetened)
  2. 3/4 cup sweetened condensed milk (or coconut condensed milk for vegan)
  3. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  4. Pinch of salt
  5. Optional: 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  6. Optional: 1/4 cup chopped nuts or dried fruits
  7. Optional: Melted chocolate for coating
  8. Optional: Extra shredded coconut or cocoa powder for rolling

Instructions

In a large bowl, combine shredded coconut, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.

  1. Mix until a sticky dough forms. Stir in cocoa powder, chopped nuts, or dried fruits if using.
  2. Scoop small portions and roll into balls using your hands.
  3. Roll balls in extra coconut, cocoa powder, or dip in melted chocolate if desired.
  4. Place on a parchment-lined tray and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
  5. Store in an airtight container until ready to serve.
