  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar

  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2430 chocolate kisses, unwrapped
  • 1/4 cup extra granulated sugar (for rolling)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, cream together softened butter, peanut butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Add egg, milk, and vanilla extract, mixing until smooth.
  5. Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture and stir until a soft dough forms.
  6. Shape dough into 1-inch balls and roll each in granulated sugar to coat.
  7. Place dough balls 2 inches apart on prepared baking sheets.
  8. Bake for 8–10 minutes, until edges are lightly golden and tops begin to crack.
  9. Remove from oven and immediately press a chocolate kiss into the center of each cookie.
  10. Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

  • Try different chocolate kiss flavors for variety.
  • Store cookies in an airtight container for up to 5 days or freeze for 2 months.
