Ingredients

  • 1 orange, peeled and segmented

  • 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk or orange juice
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt or non-dairy yogurt (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds or flax seeds (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • Ice cubes (optional, as needed)

Instructions

  1. Add the spinach, orange segments, banana, and pineapple to a blender.
  2. Pour in almond milk or orange juice and add lemon or lime juice.
  3. Add yogurt if using, along with chia seeds or flax seeds.
  4. Drizzle in honey or maple syrup if more sweetness is desired.
