Cinnamon-Sugar Pizza Made with Crescent Rolls is a quick and easy dessert featuring flaky crescent dough, a buttery cinnamon-sugar topping, and a sweet vanilla icing drizzle. It’s perfect for breakfast, brunch, or a cozy treat anytime.

Ingredients

  1. 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough
  2. 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  3. 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  4. 1 tbsp brown sugar (optional)
  5. 1 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  6. 1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional)

For the Icing:

  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 12 tbsp milk or cream
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking sheet or line with parchment paper.

  1. Unroll crescent roll dough and press into a solid rectangle or circle, sealing the seams.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together granulated sugar, brown sugar (if using), and cinnamon.
  3. Brush melted butter evenly over the dough. Sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture over the top.
  4. Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  5. While baking, whisk together powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract to make the icing.
  6. Let the pizza cool slightly, then drizzle icing over the top.
  7. Slice and serve warm.

Notes

  • For easier prep, use crescent dough sheets to avoid sealing seams.
  • Add chopped pecans or walnuts before baking for extra texture.
  • Let cool slightly before icing to prevent it from melting completely.
  • Try a cream cheese glaze for a tangy alternative to traditional icing.
  • Mini versions make great snacks or party treats.
