Ingredients
2 tubes refrigerated cinnamon roll dough (with icing included)
4 large eggs
3/4 cup milk or half-and-half
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 tablespoons melted butter (optional, for drizzling)
Maple syrup (optional, for serving)
Powdered sugar icing (included or homemade)

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Open cinnamon roll tubes and cut each roll into quarters.
Spread the cinnamon roll pieces evenly in the prepared baking dish.
In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla, and cinnamon.
Pour egg mixture evenly over the cinnamon roll pieces.
Drizzle melted butter over the top if using.
Bake for 35–40 minutes, or until golden brown and the center is set.
Cool for 5–10 minutes, then drizzle with included icing or homemade glaze.
Serve warm with maple syrup or fruit if desired.
Notes
Make ahead: assemble and refrigerate overnight, then bake in the morning.
Add-ins like nuts, apples, or cream cheese enhance the flavor and texture.
Cover with foil if top browns too quickly before center is set.
Use any style of refrigerated cinnamon rolls—classic, flaky, or grand.
Homemade icing: mix 1/2 cup powdered sugar with 1–2 tablespoons milk and a splash of vanilla.
