Ingredients

1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

1/2 cup butter

2 cups miniature marshmallows

1 cup chopped nuts (such as walnuts or pecans)

1/2 cup colorful candy (like M&Ms or Skittles)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 cups crushed graham crackers (about 12 full graham cracker sheets)

Instructions

  • stirring constantly to avoid burning.

  • Once melted, remove from the heat and stir in the vanilla extract.

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the miniature marshmallows, chopped nuts, and crushed graham crackers.

  • Pour the melted chocolate mixture over the dry ingredients and gently fold until everything is evenly coated.

  • Stir in the colorful candy of your choice.

  • Place a large piece of plastic wrap on your countertop. Spoon the mixture onto the wrap and form it into a log shape, rolling it tightly in the plastic wrap to help shape it.

  • Refrigerate the log for about 2-3 hours or until firm.

  • Once the log is set, remove it from the plastic wrap and slice into 1/2-inch thick rounds, revealing the stained glass effect inside.

  • Serve and enjoy!

Notes

  • Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.

  • For a nut-free version, omit the nuts and increase the marshmallows or graham crackers.

  • Can be frozen for up to 3 months. Thaw at room temperature before serving.

  • Customize with different candies, such as peanut butter M&Ms, Skittles, or mini gummy bears.
