Ingredients

  1. 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
    2 cups graham cracker crumbs

1/4 cup creamy peanut butter (for topping)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix melted butter, graham cracker crumbs, powdered sugar, and 1 cup peanut butter until well combined. Press evenly into the bottom of the prepared pan.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips and 1/4 cup peanut butter together in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  3. Pour the chocolate-peanut butter mixture over the crust and spread evenly.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm.
  5. Cut into squares and enjoy.

  5. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
  6. Freeze individually wrapped bars for up to 3 months.
  7. Serve chilled or at room temperature; no reheating needed.
