Chocolate Chip Biscuit Bombs are bite-sized pastries made by wrapping chocolate chips inside biscuit dough, then baking them until golden with a gooey chocolate center. Perfect for quick desserts, parties, or sweet snacks.

Ingredients

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8-count)
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet or milk chocolate chips (or chunks)
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon (optional)
  • 1/3 cup powdered sugar (optional, for glaze)
  • 12 tsp milk or cream (for glaze, optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Separate biscuit dough and flatten each piece into a disk.
  3. Place a spoonful of chocolate chips in the center of each disk.
  4. Fold dough up and over the filling, pinching to seal and forming a ball.
  5. Place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
  6. Brush tops with melted butter.
  7. Optional: Mix sugar and cinnamon, then sprinkle over the tops.
  8. Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed.
  9. Optional: Let cool slightly, then drizzle with glaze made from powdered sugar and milk.
  10. Serve warm and enjoy.

Notes

  • Make sure biscuit edges are fully sealed to prevent chocolate leakage.
  • For a richer center, use chocolate chunks or add a dollop of Nutella.
  • Dust with powdered sugar or glaze for extra sweetness.
  • Best served warm while the center is still melty.
