Ingredients
2 cups cooked, shredded chicken (rotisserie or canned)
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup hot sauce (such as Frank’s RedHot)
1/2 cup ranch or blue cheese dressing
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, divided
Optional: 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
Optional: chopped green onions or celery for garnish
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, hot sauce, and dressing. Mix until smooth and fully combined.
Fold in the shredded chicken and half of the shredded cheddar cheese.
Spread the mixture into a baking dish or oven-safe skillet.
Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese evenly over the top.
Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.
Optional: garnish with blue cheese crumbles, green onions, or chopped celery.
Serve warm with tortilla chips, crackers, or fresh vegetables.
Notes
Use rotisserie or canned chicken for convenience.
Ranch gives a milder taste; blue cheese offers a stronger, tangier flavor.
Add jalapeños for extra heat.
This dip can also be made in a slow cooker on low for 2–3 hours.
Not suitable for freezing due to dairy separation.
