Cheesy Spinach Pinwheels are delicious, bite-sized treats perfect for parties, snacks, or appetizers. With a creamy spinach and cheese filling wrapped in flaky tortillas, these pinwheels are easy to make, customizable, and a crowd favorite. Serve them with marinara or sour cream for extra flavor!

Ingredients

  1. 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  2. 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  3. 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  4. 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  5. 4 large flour tortillas

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
