Bite-sized cheesy pepperoni pizza rolls with a golden crust, melty cheese, and classic pizza flavors, perfect for snacks or parties.

Ingredients

  • Pizza dough – enough for a rectangle
  • Pepperoni slices – 12–15 slices
  • Shredded mozzarella cheese – 1 cup
  • Grated parmesan cheese – 1/4 cup
  • Pizza sauce – 1/4 cup
  • Olive oil – 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic powder – 1/2 teaspoon
  • Italian seasoning – 1/2 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface into a rectangle.
  3. Spread a thin layer of pizza sauce evenly over the dough.
  4. Sprinkle mozzarella and parmesan cheese over the sauce.
  5. Arrange pepperoni slices evenly across the dough.
  6. Starting from the long edge, tightly roll the dough into a log.
  7. Slice the log into evenly sized rolls.
  8. Place the rolls cut-side up on the prepared baking sheet.
  9. Brush tops with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder and Italian seasoning.
  10. Bake for 15–18 minutes until golden brown and cheese is bubbling. Serve warm with extra pizza sauce for dipping.

Notes

  • Swap pepperoni for cooked sausage, ham, or vegetables like bell peppers and mushrooms.
  • Add crushed red pepper flakes or use spicy pepperoni for extra heat.
  • Cheddar or a blend of Italian cheeses can be used instead of mozzarella.
  • Assemble ahead and refrigerate until ready to bake.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days; reheat in oven or air fryer for crispness.
