A hot, creamy, and cheesy Cheesy Chicken Ranch Dip loaded with shredded chicken, ranch seasoning, and gooey melted cheese. Baked until golden and bubbly, it’s the perfect appetizer for parties, game days, or cozy nights in.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or chopped
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella or Monterey Jack cheese
  • 2 tablespoons green onions or chives, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, and ranch seasoning mix. Mix until smooth.
  3. Stir in the shredded chicken, cheddar, and mozzarella cheeses.
  4. Add crumbled  if using, and mix until evenly combined.
  5. Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
  6. Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until hot, bubbly, and lightly golden on top.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
  8. Garnish with green onions or chives and serve warm with chips, crackers, or bread.

Notes

  • Use rotisserie chicken for extra flavor and convenience.
  • Make it spicy by adding diced jalapeños or a splash of hot sauce.
  • Keep it warm in a slow cooker on the low setting during parties.
  • For a lighter version, substitute Greek yogurt for sour cream.
  • Do not freeze—dairy-based dips may separate when thawed.
