Cheesy Chicken Crescent Rolls are creamy, flavorful, and wrapped in buttery, flaky dough. These golden-baked rolls are filled with tender chicken, cream cheese, and melted cheddar, making them the ultimate quick dinner, snack, or appetizer everyone loves.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or diced
  • 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or mozzarella)
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 1 tbsp milk or heavy cream (optional, for brushing)
  • 1 tbsp melted butter (optional, for topping)
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley or chives, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until creamy.
  3. Unroll the crescent dough and separate it into triangles.
  4. Place a tablespoon of filling onto the wide end of each triangle.
  5. Roll up each crescent from the wide end to the tip, sealing the filling inside.
  6. Place the rolls seam-side down on the baking sheet.
  7. Brush with melted butter or milk for extra color and flavor.
  8. Bake for 12–15 minutes or until golden brown and puffed.
  9. Sprinkle with chopped parsley or chives before serving.
