2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 tablespoon butter

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  • Prep the Chicken:
    Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels to ensure a good sear. Season both sides of the chicken breasts with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.

  • Cook in Cast Iron Skillet:
