Carrot Orange Juice is a vibrant, naturally sweet drink combining the earthy flavor of carrots with the citrusy zest of oranges. It’s rich in vitamins and antioxidants, perfect for a refreshing and healthy beverage.

Ingredients

  • 4 large carrots, peeled and chopped
  • 3 oranges, peeled and segmented
  • 1/2 inch fresh ginger (optional)
  • 1/2 cup cold water (adjust for desired consistency)
  • Ice cubes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Peel and chop the carrots and oranges. If using ginger, peel and slice it thinly.
  2. Add the carrots, oranges, ginger (if using), and water to a blender.
  3. Blend on high speed until smooth. Add more water if the juice is too thick.
  4. Strain the juice through a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth into a jug, pressing to extract juice.
  5. Serve over ice if desired and enjoy immediately.

Notes

  • Use chilled ingredients or blend with ice for a colder drink.
  • Add lemon juice or turmeric for variation.
  • Store in the fridge up to 2 days; shake before serving.
  • You can use baby carrots or bottled juice if needed.
