Ingredients
1 cup carrots (steamed or raw, chopped)
1 tsp fresh ginger (peeled and chopped)
1 ripe banana
1 cup orange juice (freshly squeezed or bottled)
1/4 cup Greek yogurt or dairy-free alternative (optional)
1/2 cup ice cubes
1/2 cup water or coconut water
1–2 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional, to taste)
Instructions
Lightly steam the carrots for a smoother texture, or use raw if preferred.
Add chopped carrots, ginger, banana, and orange juice to a high-speed blender.
Add ice cubes, water or coconut water, and yogurt if using.
Blend on high until smooth and creamy, scraping down sides if necessary.
