California Club Wraps are fresh and flavorful handheld meals filled with turkey, bacon, avocado, veggies, and a creamy dressing, all wrapped in a soft tortilla. Perfect for a quick lunch, dinner, or picnic snack.

Ingredients

  • 24 large flour tortillas
  • 812 slices turkey breast (deli-style or cooked)
  • 46 strips cooked bacon
  • 1 ripe avocado, sliced
  • 46 lettuce leaves
  • 12 tomatoes, sliced
  • 24 tbsp mayonnaise or ranch dressing
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: 2–4 slices cheese (Swiss, cheddar, or pepper jack)

Instructions

  1. Lay a flour tortilla flat on a clean surface.
  2. Spread mayonnaise or ranch dressing evenly over the tortilla.
  3. Place lettuce leaves in the center of the tortilla.
  4. Add turkey slices and bacon strips on top of the lettuce.
  5. Layer with tomato slices and avocado. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. If using, place a slice of cheese over the filling.
  7. Fold the bottom of the tortilla up, fold in the sides, and roll tightly into a wrap.
  8. Slice the wrap in half diagonally and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Use spinach or whole-wheat tortillas for added flavor and nutrients.
  • Wrap tightly in foil or plastic wrap for packed lunches.
  • Can be served cold or briefly warmed in a skillet or panini press.
  • Don’t overfill the wraps to prevent them from falling apart.
  • Customize with your favorite vegetables or sauces.
