Ingredients
- 1 box cake mix (any flavor, about 15.25 oz)
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil (or melted butter)
- Optional mix-ins: 1 cup chocolate chips, sprinkles, M&M’s, nuts, or candies
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil. Stir until a thick dough forms.
- Fold in any desired mix-ins such as chocolate chips, sprinkles, or nuts.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough and place them about 2 inches apart on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 9–11 minutes, until edges are set and centers are slightly soft.
- Cool cookies on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

- Chill sticky dough for 15–20 minutes before baking for easier handling.
