Season salmon fillets generously with Cajun seasoning.
- Heat olive oil or butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear salmon for 3–4 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add onion, garlic, and bell pepper. Sauté until softened.
- Stir in orzo and toast for 1–2 minutes.
- Pour in broth, bring to a simmer, and cook until orzo is tender, stirring occasionally.
- Reduce heat and stir in heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Return salmon to skillet, spooning sauce over the top.
- Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.
