Ingredients
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella or Monterey Jack cheese
1 tbsp Cajun seasoning (adjust to taste)
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp lemon juice
1–2 tsp hot sauce (optional)
8 oz lump crab meat (fresh, canned, or imitation)
Chopped green onions or parsley, for garnish
Crackers, bread, or tortilla chips, for serving
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a small baking dish.
In a large bowl, mix softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
Add Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, lemon juice, and hot sauce. Stir to combine.
Fold in crab meat, cheddar, and mozzarella cheese.
Spread mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until hot, bubbly, and golden on top.
Garnish with green onions or parsley. Serve warm with crackers, chips, or bread.
Notes
For a spicier dip, add more Cajun seasoning or hot sauce.
Use freshly shredded cheese for the best melt and texture.
