Ingredients

  • Chicken breasts or thighs, sliced
  • Olive oil
  • Butter
  • Bell peppers, sliced
  • Onion, sliced
  • Garlic, minced
  • Cajun seasoning
  • Paprika
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Chicken broth or cream (optional)
  • Fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Season chicken with Cajun seasoning, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Add chicken to skillet and cook until browned and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, sauté bell peppers and onion until softened.
