Buffalo Chicken Ranch Sliders are spicy, cheesy mini sandwiches filled with shredded buffalo chicken, creamy ranch dressing, and melted cheese, all baked to perfection on soft slider buns.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups shredded cooked chicken (rotisserie or homemade)
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1/3 cup ranch dressing
  • 12 slider buns or Hawaiian rolls
  • 1 to 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a baking dish or line with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix shredded chicken with buffalo sauce and ranch dressing until fully coated.
  3. Slice slider buns in half horizontally, keeping tops and bottoms intact.
  4. Place the bottom halves in the prepared baking dish.
  5. Spread the buffalo chicken mixture evenly over the buns.
  6. Sprinkle shredded cheese over the chicken.
  7. Place the top halves of the buns over the cheese.
  8. Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle garlic powder if using.
  9. Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 5–7 minutes until tops are golden and cheese is melted.
  10. Garnish with parsley, slice, and serve warm.

Notes

  • Use rotisserie chicken for a quick shortcut.
  • Adjust buffalo sauce amount for desired spice level.
  • Can be assembled ahead of time and baked when ready to serve.
  • Covering with foil helps prevent over-browning while melting the cheese.
