Buffalo Chicken Phyllo Cups are crispy bite-sized appetizers filled with creamy, cheesy, and spicy buffalo chicken. Baked in flaky phyllo shells and topped with fresh garnishes, they’re the perfect crowd-pleasing snack for parties or game day.

Ingredients

  1. 15 mini phyllo shells (pre-made, frozen or refrigerated)
  2. 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
  3. 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  4. 1/4 cup buffalo wing sauce
  5. 2 tbsp ranch or blue cheese dressing
  6. 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  7. Optional toppings: chopped green onions, blue cheese crumbles, parsley

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

  1. In a medium bowl, combine shredded chicken, cream cheese, buffalo sauce, dressing, and cheddar cheese until well mixed.
  2. Arrange phyllo shells on a baking sheet and fill each with the buffalo chicken mixture.
  3. Bake for 12–15 minutes, until filling is hot and phyllo is golden and crisp.
  4. Remove from oven and garnish with green onions, blue cheese crumbles, or parsley.
  5. Serve warm.

Notes

  1. Adjust buffalo sauce for milder or spicier flavor.
  2. Rotisserie chicken works great for convenience.
  3. Can assemble ahead and refrigerate up to 24 hours before baking.
  4. Freeze unbaked cups and bake from frozen, adding a few extra minutes.
  5. Avoid microwaving when reheating to keep phyllo crisp.
