Ingredients

  • 2 cans refrigerated biscuit dough (16 oz each)
  • 2 cups pizza sauce or marinara sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup pepperoni slices
  • 1 cup cooked and crumbled Italian sausage
  • 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Cut the biscuit dough into quarters and place in a large bowl.
  3. Add the pizza sauce and gently toss the biscuit pieces until they’re evenly coated.
  4. Stir in half of the mozzarella cheese and your choice of toppings like sausage, bell peppers, and olives.
  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  6. Top with the remaining mozzarella cheese, pepperoni slices, Parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning.
  7. Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes, or until the biscuits are puffed, golden, and cooked through.
  8. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Don’t overload with sauce or watery toppings to avoid a soggy bottom.
  • Use homemade biscuit dough if preferred.
  • Check doneness by inserting a toothpick into the center—should come out clean.
  • Customize with your favorite pizza toppings.
  • Can be made ahead and refrigerated before baking.
