Ingredients

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C). If using a pizza stone, place it in the oven while it heats up.
  • Roll out your pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness. Transfer it to a parchment paper-lined baking sheet or pizza stone.
  • Brush a thin layer of olive oil over the dough and sprinkle with a pinch of salt.
  • Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella evenly over the pizza dough.
  • In a bowl, combine the diced tomatoes, red onion, garlic, and chopped basil. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar and mix well. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Spoon the bruschetta mixture evenly over the pizza, covering the cheese.
  • Bake the pizza for 10-12 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly and melted.
