  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional toppings: maple syrup or honey, hollandaise sauce, sliced avocado, green onions or chives, hot sauce or sriracha, hash browns or crispy fried onions

  6. and shredded cheese.
  7. Add sauce: Drizzle with maple syrup, hollandaise, or your favorite sauce.
  8. Garnish and serve: Sprinkle with chives or green onions and serve immediately while warm.

Notes

  • Brioche or pretzel buns add a rich flavor and hold up well under toppings.
  • For a lighter version, use turkey sausage or plant-based alternatives.
  • Keep toppings warm before assembling for best texture and taste.
  • Customize with your favorite brunch flavors — spicy, cheesy, or sweet.
