Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large mixing bowl, whisk the egg whites with the cream of tartar until stiff peaks form.
  • In another bowl, combine the egg yolks, cottage cheese, salt, cornstarch (if using), and honey or sweetener. Mix until smooth and well combined.
  • Gently fold the egg whites into the cottage cheese mixture, ensuring not to deflate the air in the whites.
  • Drop spoonfuls of the batter onto the prepared baking sheet, forming small mounds.
