Big Mac Tacos are a fun mash-up of two comfort food favorites — all the iconic Big Mac flavors wrapped up in a soft taco shell. With juicy ground beef, melty cheese, crisp lettuce, pickles, onions, and creamy Big Mac sauce, these tacos are quick to make and perfect for parties, weeknight dinners, or game-day snacking.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef (80/20 recommended)
  • 8 small flour or corn tortillas
  • 8 slices American cheese
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/4 cup diced pickles
  • 1/4 cup diced onion
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 tbsp cooking oil or nonstick spray

For the Big Mac Sauce:

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp yellow mustard
  • 1 tsp ketchup (optional)
  • 1 tbsp sweet pickle relish
  • 1 tsp white vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, warm the oil and add the ground beef. Season with salt and pepper and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks. Drain any excess grease.
  2. Meanwhile, whisk together all the Big Mac sauce ingredients in a small bowl until smooth. Adjust flavor with extra vinegar or relish as desired.
  3. Warm tortillas in a clean skillet or microwave until soft and flexible.
  4. Place a slice of cheese on each tortilla and spoon hot beef over the top to melt the cheese slightly.
  5. Add shredded lettuce, diced pickles, and onions over the beef.
  6. Drizzle generously with Big Mac sauce.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy while warm.

Notes

  • For a low-carb version, use lettuce wraps instead of tortillas.
  • Try doubling up tortillas with cheese in between for extra sturdiness.
  • Prepare the sauce up to 1 week in advance — the flavor improves as it sits.
  • Make it spicy by mixing sriracha or hot sauce into the Big Mac sauce.
  • For an even cheesier version, sprinkle shredded cheddar on top before serving.
