Berry Lemonade Smoothie is a bright, tangy, and refreshing drink made with frozen mixed berries, fresh lemon juice, and banana. Naturally sweetened and full of antioxidants, it’s perfect for breakfast, post-workout, or a healthy snack.

Ingredients

  • 1½ cups frozen mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries)
  • 1 banana
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice (juice of 1 medium lemon)
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest (optional)
  • 3/4 cup water or coconut water
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey (optional, to taste)
  • 1/2 cup ice (optional, for thicker texture)

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine frozen berries, banana, lemon juice, and lemon zest (if using).
  2. Add water or coconut water and blend until smooth.
  3. Taste and add maple syrup or honey if desired for added sweetness.
  4. Add ice if a thicker texture is preferred and blend again.
  5. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Use frozen fruit for best texture and chill.
  • Adjust lemon juice to your preferred level of tartness.
  • Add protein powder, spinach, or chia seeds for extra nutrition.
  • Substitute banana with mango or avocado if desired.
