Baked Chicken Parm Sliders are a bite-sized twist on the classic Chicken Parmesan, featuring crispy chicken, marinara sauce, melty mozzarella, and soft slider rolls baked to golden perfection. Ideal for parties, game day, or family dinners.

Ingredients

  • 12 slider buns or Hawaiian rolls
  • 12 breaded chicken tenders or cutlets (cooked)
  • 1 cup marinara or pizza sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup butter (melted)
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Fresh basil or parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Slice the slider buns in half horizontally without separating the individual rolls. Place the bottom half in the prepared baking dish.
  3. Evenly layer cooked breaded chicken tenders over the bottom buns.
  4. Spoon marinara sauce over the chicken, then sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  5. Place the top half of the buns over the chicken and cheese layer.
  6. In a small bowl, combine melted butter with garlic powder and Italian seasoning. Brush mixture over the tops of the buns.
  7. Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 5–7 minutes, until cheese is melted and tops are golden.
  8. Garnish with fresh basil or parsley if desired. Slice and serve warm.

Notes

  • Use just enough marinara to coat the chicken and avoid soggy buns.
  • Prepare up to 4 hours in advance; add butter topping just before baking.
  • Try provolone or sliced mozzarella for extra cheesiness.
  • Frozen cooked chicken tenders work well—just bake according to package instructions first.
