Baked Brie Phyllo Cups are crispy, bite-sized appetizers made with flaky phyllo shells filled with melted brie cheese and topped with sweet or savory flavors. Perfect for parties, holidays, or easy entertaining.

Ingredients

  • 15 mini phyllo shells (pre-made and frozen)
  • 4 oz brie cheese, rind removed and cut into small cubes
  • 23 tbsp jam, honey, or preserves (fig, apricot, raspberry, etc.)
  • 2 tbsp chopped nuts (pecans, walnuts, pistachios)
  • Fresh thyme or rosemary (optional)
  • Optional toppings: dried cranberries, pomegranate seeds, hot honey, balsamic glaze

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Arrange phyllo shells on a baking sheet.
  3. Place a piece of brie in each shell.
  4. Top with a small spoonful of jam, honey, or preserve.
  5. Sprinkle with nuts and herbs if using.
  6. Bake for 10–12 minutes, until the brie is melted and the shells are golden.
  7. Let cool slightly before serving warm.

Notes

  • Do not overfill to keep shells crisp.
  • Prep ahead by assembling and refrigerating, then bake just before serving.
