Ingredients

  • 2 ounces Baileys Irish Cream
  • 1 ounce raspberry liqueur or raspberry syrup
  • 45 fresh raspberries
  • 1 ounce heavy cream or milk (optional)
  • 1/2 ounce fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 ounce simple syrup
  • Ice cubes
  • Fresh mint leaves, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a cocktail shaker, gently muddle the fresh raspberries with lemon juice and simple syrup.
  2. Add ice cubes to the shaker.
  3. Pour in Baileys Irish Cream and raspberry liqueur or syrup.
